Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, returns and refunds are limited.

Eligible Returns

We will accept returns or issue refunds if:

• Your item arrives damaged, or

• You receive the wrong item

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with the contents of sealed boxes

(All products are sold as sealed items and contents are random.)

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

• It will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear

If a return is approved:

• We will provide instructions on how to return the item

• Return shipping may be covered depending on the issue
